At Lemonsoda Glassware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium drinkware. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the glassware items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Lemonsoda gift packaging and protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us without breakage.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned glassware for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
